With less smoke than most mezcals, their liquor is a “gateway spirit” that offers beautifully well-balanced flavor with a smooth finish. 2 oz Madre Mezcal Espadin

4 oz Guava Nectar

Juice of 1 lime

Soda Water

Preparation

Step 1

Combine mezcal, guava and lime into a highball glass

Fill with ice and top with soda water

Step 3

Garnish with mint
