As you may have noticed, it seems like everyone is picking up a paddle these days—A-list celebrities, your favorite Pilates instructor, and even that fling who ghosted you in 2022 (don’t text them). You don’t need a paddle to serve. According to MOTHER’s Official Pickleball Handbook, the secret to winning any game starts with wearing the perfect look. This sport is all about style, so leave your tired athleisure at home and opt for something more appropriate, like denim shorts and a pair of kitten heels. If you want to intimidate your opponent, you can opt for a sassy graphic tee too. Lastly, don’t forget your accessories—no look is complete without a tiny bag, some country club-appropriate jewelry, and a pair of giant sunglasses to hide the hangover.
