One moment that made you feel proud to work at MOTHER: This is such a hard question to answer because I genuinely feel proud every day to work at MOTHER. I’m proud of our business, and the collaboration across the entire organization that has driven our success. I love that when I tell people I work at MOTHER, their faces light up—everyone is a loyal fan.
But what I’m most proud of is my team. Whether they’re partnering with the West Coast sales team during Market, strategizing complex business challenges, or simply spending time together socially, they bring good energy, creativity, inspiration and capability to everything they do. Each one of them shines—individually and as a team. I beam with pride knowing I get to work alongside such a talented and exceptional group of women.
What fit best describes your personality on a Monday vs a Friday: On a Monday I think a Half-Pipe Flood, and on a Friday a High Waisted Runaway.
Who is your West Coast twin flame: I would say Erica and Elaine are my triplet flames. Not because we are necessarily that similar but because I think we each have very complimentary skills and work styles that make us a great team.
Who you nominate as captain of the MOTHERSHIP: Current leadership aside, I will say Ashley A. and Ava, or more fondly known in New York as “the A team”.
If you had to wear 1 fit for the rest of your life, it would be: Way too hard to choose but I will go with the High Waisted Runaway.
The wash name that best describes your alter ego: “This Is How I Roll”. Growing up as the youngest of 4 sisters, and now in my adult life as a mom to 3 outrageously energetic kids, I have to just roll with things, thrive in the chaos, and sort of just go along as I am. This is how I roll.
Who on the team is your emergency contact and why: Cat Thoele because she always answers her phone. She’s also action-oriented and will always have a plan.
Your zodiac sign: Sagittarius.
The most Sagittarius thing about you: I am very intuitive. I joke with my family and friends that I am psychic because I always know what people are thinking. I always guess the ending. I analyze every action in friendships, business, relationships and tie things back to the deep emotions of individuals that others miss, but in a way to predict what will happen next. I am insightful and totally ruled by gut feelings. Impulsive maybe, but I trust my intuition.
