Claim to fame
For me, one of the first iconic moments in my career was being in the film Blow. It was the first time in my career that I felt "I am doing exactly what I am meant to do."

Tell us a bit about your recent trip to Jamaica
I love Jamaica! The music, the culture, the people and the whole vibe there are something I really gravitate towards. We went for New Years and to celebrate my boyfriend's mother's 80th birthday.

Favorite memory from the trip
Spending three magical days at Golden Eye in Ocho Rios with my kids and family with absolutely nothing to do but swim, play backgammon, volleyball (a newly learned sport for me hahaha) and eat… a lot.

How you describe your personal style
Very feminine, a little bit French or European with an edge and influenced by the 60s and 70s.

What do you love about MOTHER jeans?
They just hug you in all the right places and make your butt look soooo good.

How do you mother? 
According to my two sons, I am a fun/cool mom but can also be annoying. LOL. I love to do all the things they love — skate, surf, dirt bike, sneakers, boy stuff. But I think we have an amazing relationship because we talk a lot about everything and are they are very open with each other, which is a very special thing to share with boys as a mother. I give them a lot of freedom to be independent and because of that they are both incredibly self-expressed individuals.
