As a Latina, it means a lot to be part of a workplace where so many of us share similar backgrounds, especially in an industry where that’s not always the norm.
What fit best describes your personality on a Monday vs a Friday: It depends on the weather, but: Monday—cute top, Pipe Dream jeans and a kitten heel. Business ready. Friday—slick bun, a MOTHER basic tee, wide-leg jeans and definitely sneakers. Casual business.
