How delicious! To celebrate the launch of their “Tastes Great” collection, MOTHER co-founders Lela Becker and Tim Kaeding hosted a bustling cocktail party at New York staple Indochine, with the icon who taught us all how to serve: Martha Stewart. Shot at the St. Regis Hotel, the Spring campaign found its perfect muse in Stewart, who arrived in her favorite denim-on-denim look from the collection. As if on cue, a martini immediately appeared beside her — with a lemon twist, of course — and remained the perfect accessory throughout the night.
Jenna Lyons, Helena Christensen, Leigh Lezark, Candace Bushnell, Antoni Porowski, Clara McGregor and Nicole Miller were among the crowd, taking photos with friends, snacking on caviar and grooving to dance anthems spun by DJ Mei Kwok. Lela Becker put it best: "She's badass, free, no judgement, easygoing — she's Mother Martha." At 84, with a new book, a newly opened restaurant and a schedule that would make most people crumble like a cookie, Stewart is, as ever, the definition of good taste. Check out the party pics.
